Hi, I’m Dave Palazzolo, a freelance Producer and Assistant Director passionate about bringing exciting ideas to life. While most filmmakers grew up watching movies, I was already creating content. At just 13 years old I received my first contract to produce YouTube videos for DreamWorks, and by 16 my work was featured in a commercial for the 93rd Academy Awards. That early start sparked my love for production and the collaboration it takes to turn ideas into reality.
Since then, I’ve gained hands-on experience across narrative short films, branded content, and even an original movie musical. I’m known for strong leadership, clear communication, and a team-oriented approach to production. Currently completing my BA in Film & Television at Columbia College Chicago, I specialize in managing on-set logistics, coordinating crews, and keeping productions on time, on budget, and running smoothly.
Now based in Los Angeles, I continue to expand my experience in professional production while pursuing my passion for ambitious, collaborative storytelling.
